On 10th Oct 2011, POE completed the Thien Ung Living Quarters Front End Engineering Design (FEED).

Thien Ung Fixed Platform of Vietsovpetro is located at the Nam Con Son Basin, offshore the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, approximately 15 km of Dai Hung field and approximately 270 km southeast of Vung Tau.

POE was subcontracted by Technip to perform the Front End Engineering Design of the LQ, The LQ was design to accommodated 80 men, the engineering service for the living quarters includes Structural Analysis and Design, Architectural Design, Instrument and Electrical, Telecommunication, HVAC System, Plumbing System and Safety design.
